Recipe Features: FRIED TILAPIA & KALE CURRY
MUSHROOMS & KALE STIR FRY
Nothing bad can be said about kale. I searched the internet and everything about it is super because it is indeed a superhero in the food planet; a nutrition superstar according to Mayo Clinic.

Not only is kale good for strong bones and teeth, it is also good for weight loss and for people with diabetes due to its high amount of Vit. A, K, B6 & C, Calcium, Potassium, Copper and Manganese. One cup of raw kale only has 33 calories and 7 grams of carbohydrate, Mayo Clinic claimed.

But wait! Even superheroes have their own cryptonites. Too much intake of kale at very high amounts can interact with the functions of the thyroid glands, according to WebMD.com.
People with hypothyroidism also known as underactive thyroid, accordingly, have to check with their doctors on what other foods, besides kale, can affect their condition.

Too much of anything is bad! That’s why Six Tastes Kitchen (STK) advocates for Consumption of all food groups in moderation! It is in fact one of STK’s guiding philosophies. The other two composites are Smart food pairings and Healthier food substitutions. See more of STK’s guiding philosophy.
